I am glad to welcome you on our site. Navigational aids for sea and river vessels have always been and remain reliable means that guaranty accidentless operation of ships. High quality navigational equipment on board provides not only ship’s orientation and position fixing but also ensures safety of navigation no matter what situation the ship finds itself in.

Open Joint Stock Company «780 Navigation Technical Means Repair Plant» is engaged in repair and maintenance of all types of navigational means for the Navy ships and for the vessels of other Ministries and organizations. Our plant is capable to repair any navigation device from simple sextant up to largest state-of the-art navigational complex.

Distinctive feature of the OJSC « 780 Navigation Technical Means Repair Plant» is that it is the only national enterprise within the Russian Ministry of Defense specialized in repairing onboard equipment.

Another major direction in the plant activity is the production of the different types of aids to navigation aimed at ensuring and enhancing safety of navigation. Our plant manufactures coastal beacons, sea buoys, spars, optical lanterns based on light-emitting diodes and batteries for aids to nav.

The enterprise was set up at 1969. Since then the plant has shown itself to be not only as efficient and responsible manufacture of high quality production but as well a reliable and trust-worthy partner.

Aims to provide continuous improving our production base and to enhance the quality of navigational equipment repair and aids to navigation manufacture OJSC «780 Navigation Technical Means Repair Plant» shares the experience of foreign companies and organizations. To this end our enterprise actively cooperates with the International Association of Lighthouse Authority (IALA).
